Are you ready to make a change and take the challenge? Then these camps are a must try. The best Bootcamp around Snohomish County. Nine years going strong and changing lives. Two evening Camp Sweat Classes are available on Monday and Wednesdays. Simply powerful! These high, energized, bootcamps will get your body moving and help you reach your individual goals. All camp classes are indoors. Classes are 45-50 minutes with warm-ups and cool down. Classes will now max out at 20 people per class. We have gone to a smaller amount so classes are more personalized at the Diverse Fit Club Studio! Get on board because these classes fill up Quick!
People are burning 500-1000 calories in a workout. Lose weight, get stronger, get leaner, get faster, build endurance and confidence and feel younger again. Equipment and mats are supplied.
