Are you ready to make a change and take the challenge? Then these camps are a must try. The best Bootcamp around Snohomish County. Five years going strong and changing lives. Three evening Camp Sweat Classes are available on Monday and Wednesdays. Simply powerful! These high, energized, bootcamps will get your body moving and help you reach your individual goals. All camp classes are indoors. Classes are 55-60 minutes with warm-ups and cool down. Classes max out at 24 people per class so you better reserve your spot.
Al will teach you new ways to strengthen and condition your body. Over 20 years of experience from Al. Workouts that change in variety so you don't get bored. People simply enjoy these energized camps and say they are truly different and challenging. Expect to sweat with a full body workout, and walk out saying "Wow, what a workout." Stick with it and you will become a champ at bootcamp.
With one of the most unique training styles in the fitness industry, Al will get you results. People are burning 500-1000 calories in a workout.
